    The legal basis for the above-mentioned processing is the existing business relationship between us or the initiation thereof, and thus Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.<\/p>\n

    If the business relationship exists with your employer, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining the business relationship, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.<\/p>\n

    In other cases mentioned above, processing is also carried out based on our legitimate interest in the described purposes, according to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.<\/p>\n

    Where legal retention or disclosure obligations apply, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.<\/p>\n

    How long will the data be stored?<\/b><\/p>\n
