(KAM), our business relationship has entered a period of transition.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" align=\"center\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">MRT would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere appreciation to KAM for the long-standing cooperation and its contribution to our joint business activities and customer support.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" align=\"center\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">We also thank our customers for their continued trust throughout this cooperation.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" align=\"center\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The following information provides details regarding the transition, future orders, and customer contacts:<\/span><\/p><p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" align=\"center\"><i><span lang=\"EN-US\">After many years of successful cooperation, micro resist technology GmbH\u2019s (\u201cMRT\u201d) role as a representative of Kayaku Advanced Materials, Inc. (\u201cKAM\u201d) products came to an end on August 3, 2026, following the termination of the parties\u2019 representation agreement. Until August 3, 2027, MRT may continue to fulfill customer orders for KAM products placed on or before November 14, 2026, but MRT may not accept new orders for KAM products or services placed on or after November 15, 2026.
