Our company operates an integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, which forms the foundation for sustainable and customer-focused corporate management. The Quality Management System in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 has been successfully certified since 1997, and the Environmental Management System in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001 since 2011. Both management systems support us in continuously improving the quality of our products and services, using resources responsibly, and ensuring the long-term success of the company.<\/span><\/p>

As a subsidiary of the TOK Group, micro resist technology<\/em> GmbH operates as an independent player in national and international technology markets, including microelectronics and nanoelectronics, microphotonics and nanophotonics, microsystems technology, micro-optics, microfluidics, and microsensor technologies based on semiconductor technology.<\/p>
