We are looking forward to our participation in the NNT 2023 conference and exhibition. Taking place in Boston (USA) from October 9^th – 11^th, this conference is the annual gathering of the global NIL community to discuss most recent advancements in manufacturing and research employing Nanoimprint Lithography and technologies alike.

The program will be enriched by two MRT contributions:

“Next generation NIL materials - an evolution from lab to fab” with an invited talk by Dr. Arne Schleunitz.

“Imprinting of residual-layer-thickness optimized large micro-structures enabled by the new organic UV-patternable resist «mr-NIL210SF” with a poster presentation by Dr. Martin Messerschmidt (presented by Dr. Mirko Lohse).
